As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. We will do our best to maximize your insurance benefits and minimize your portion. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks.

Dental insurance plans we work with:

We work with most insurance companies. We are a Delta Dental Premier Provider and will accept insurance and billing from other companies even if we are not a preferred provider.

Payment Guidelines:

• For Delta Dental Preferred, a copay is required at each appointment
• For other insurance companies, the payment is due at the time of service and we will bill your insurance, and send you the insurance copay

• If you would like to opt for payment over time, please consider Care Credit or other similar alternative payment options (we can accept Care Credit online at www.carecredit.com or in person at the office)
