As is customary with surgical practices, payment is requested at the time of service. Debit Card payment is preferred, or we will accept Credit Card, Cash, or Checks. For Delta Dental patients, only the copay is required at time of treatment. For a payment option over time, we support Care Credit (www.carecredit.com) and other similar options.
